We’re not out of the woods, but she is almost certainly not infectious - right now.
A quarantine for arrivals from Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone has to have a uniform design and correct implementation, or it can’t work.
Neither of these were present in this case, and, as activists (she and the judge) saw the loophole and drove right through.
It’s not too late (unless the Quarantine Act of 1878 is declared unconstitutional), but there is no will, anywhere in the government, to do it.
Not extremely infectious, but she should not be allowed to donate blood, which for numerous diseases, is the most contagious bodily fluid. IIRC, she wouldn’t be eligible for blood donation since she was in Africa, but still, I do think precautions should be taken regarding her blood if she gets a cut or something.
