Non-Citizens Are Voting

OCTOBER 30, 2014 Non-Citizens Are Voting James O’Keefe documents the problem in North Carolina, where the Senate race is close. By John Fund

Could non-citizen voting be a problem in next week’s elections, and perhaps even swing some very close elections?

A new study by two Old Dominion University professors, based on survey data from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study, indicated that 6.4 percent of all non-citizens voted illegally in the 2008 presidential election, and 2.2 percent in the 2010 midterms. Given that 80 percent of non-citizens lean Democratic, they cite Al Franken ’s 312-vote win in the 2008 Minnesota U.S. Senate race as one likely tipped by non-citizen voting. As a senator, Franken cast the 60th vote needed to make Obamacare law.

North Carolina features one of the closest Senate races in the country this year, between Democratic incumbent Kay Hagan and Republican Thom Tillis. So what guerrilla filmmaker James O’Keefe, the man who has uncovered voter irregularities in states ranging from Colorado to New Hampshire, has learned in North Carolina is disturbing. This month, North Carolina officials found at least 145 illegal aliens, still in the country thanks to the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, registered to vote. Hundreds of other non-citizens may be on the rolls.

I hope this son-of-a-bitch Marxist suffers a disease that is so debilitating he can't appear in public anymore.

***...6.4 percent of all non-citizens voted illegally in the 2008 presidential election...***

What number of people does 6.4% of the illegal population represent? How much did Romney lose by? I don’t know the answer, but based on this, I don’t think the ‘purists’, as some like to call them, are to blame for the Romney loss.

Why didn’t the conservative-bashers consider this at all, knowing the facts?

This is a problem our law makers need to correct. Be it voter ID or citizenship ID cards. Dame be the liberal, illegal voting block trying to stop such laws being passed. Present the laws to protect voting and put it before the people.

How do you get past liberal judges and high court justices like Sotomayor and Ginsburg?

When you have the Kenyan guy and his Holder sidekick out there telling them nothing will happen to them if they vote, I can see why they’d go ahead and vote. The problem for America is, these are the people that Alexis de Toqueville warned us about.

Have fighting for what is right politicians just like the liberals fight for their values. Tell the people what it is you are fighting for and take it from there. It may not get to the court if the people vote for what is right.

The voting issue should be a discussion from now on...constant and with all Repub and Conservative candidates. Push it and push it...lay it out and have the solution. Picture ID cards, etc., whatever it takes. This is a disgrace that the fraud is so easy in this day and age.

The only reason the Left fights it is because that it is their key to victory. Now with the illegals coming in and voting it will be worse and insurmountable. Anything critical is racist. That’s the plan.

While non citizens voting may have helped Franken’s razor thin victory in 2008, much of his win was from good old ballot box stuffing. During the recount, bollot boxes were “found” that just happened to have 100% Franken votes. It is sad to say that Franken, will actually be reelected next week by enough margin that massive voting fraud won’t be necessary. I guess the smart people have fled Minesota due to high taxes leaving mainly idiots voting or the same people that voted for Jesse Ventura have crawled in out of their caves to vote for Franken.

The last time I voted in Minnestoopid (2010), the election judge gave me the stink eye when I presented my driver’s license. This was the election where a person could be arrested for wearing a T-shirt saying “Ask for my ID”. Well, I tried to vote and was told that I had already voted. Somebody voted for me.
