A long effort to justify voting for the Republican, because, as the establishment says, the other side is worse. I am not from Mississippi, and so do not want to speak for conservatives in that state, but if I were from that state, I would not vote for Thad and let the establishment get away with voter fraud. I would not vote Democrat, either. I’d either find a third party I could stomach, and, failing that, would write in someone. Not for revenge against Republicans, but out of a belief that something better will come from it if the GOPe fails to get its way on this. The day will arrive when either the GOP is dead or it is conservative, and the better to hasten that day.
In our last provincial election, our ballot had a leftist, a far leftist, a greenie, and a barking moonbat.
I wrote “None of the above” on my ballot.
I’m all out for revenge this Tuesday morning coming up. Thad Cochran’s minions were looking for the quandary they are in.
That is a kernel of truth from which a mighty oak will grow.
I wish that every conservative in America understood the basic logic in what you just expressed. If they did, and acted accordingly at the voting booth, we could rid ourselves of the back-stabbing RINOs in two election cycles.
Many of us will not vote for Cochran - to so so would be to submit to and foster betrayal. The question is whether we will leave the box unchecked, write in a wasted vote for McDaniel, or actually cross over and vote for Childers.
