It is hard to poll rural areas in Washington as there is no real media coverage outside Seattle metro and Olympia. But republican party organizations and NRA phone banks are reporting strong opposition to 594. Law enforcement is doing a good job in opposition and 26 of 39 Sheriffs have formally come out against it. Unfortunately the usual suspects (read: Puget Sound Police A Ticians" are not opposed to it. This includes, not surprisingly, political ladder climber and former Snohomish County Sheriff Lovick. He, in fact, wrote part of the Pro I-594 blather in the voters pamphlet. He also lives in Mill Creek, which is one of the few areas of Snohomish County where more pro 594 signs are posted. It's no coincidence. Vote NO on I-594 and vote NO on Lovick for Snohomish County Executive.

King, Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom sheriffs seem to be pro-594. That covers 90% of the state population-wise.

Mill Creek is just up Bothell-Everett Hwy from me. Its a island of gentrification set between gritty Everett and teeming Bothellabad.
