If Congress is given a mandate from the people to change course in America, will they actually accept that responsibility, or will they cower before their almighty media and corporate masters and fail to do anything substantial to clean up the mess that Obama and his minions have created?

It takes 60 votes to pass any meaningful legislation in the senate. They won't have 60 republicans in the senate.

I read just today that most of the democrats that favor the pipeline will probably lose on Tuesday, which the article speculated that the republicans may not have 60 votes to even approve the pipeline. So don't expect a whole lot.
