The whole thing is evil. This is NOT about "supporting" one bad candidate over another bad one. This is about defeating the establishment.
What you're actually doing is punishing conservatives for the next six years and beyond...Punishing any conservative President that might get elected and won't have his party in control of the Senate. Punishing conservative lawmakers at the state level if Democrats retain control of the Senate and continue to put the most radical left-wing judges onto Federal courts.
That decision may have negative consequences to conservatives longer than Cochran is alive and breathing.
