Depends on where you are. Likely because people dislike firearms being discharged by others in very close quarters to their own homes. City people are like that, plus some hunters, usually teenage boys, don’t exhibit a whole lot of common sense and end up ruining a good thing for others who don’t engage in inconsiderate or dumb behaviors.
