I’m not sure isolating them at home is a good idea, unless they live alone. They are still thinking it’s not contagious until symptoms, and I’m betting that’s not really the case.
Isolating at home could well be infecting other family members.
The mayor actually says that in the interview.
This whole thing is not making sense at almost every level.
