The St. Louis County prosecutor’s office is investigating an accusation of misconduct on the grand jury that is hearing the case against the Ferguson police officer who shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown.

Ed Magee, the spokesman for county prosecutor Robert McCulloch, said they received the information from a “Twitter user” Wednesday morning.

“We are looking into the matter,” he said.

An account of possible jury misconduct surfaced Wednesday morning on Twitter, when several users sent messages about one juror who may have discussed evidence in the case with a friend.

In one of those messages, a person tweeted that they are friends with a member of the jury who doesn’t believe there is enough evidence to warrant an arrest of the officer, Darren Wilson.

The same person who tweeted about being friends with a member of the jury has also tweeted messages of support for Wilson.

Magee confirmed that the Twitter user and feed came from an activist, Shaun King....

Officer Darren Wilson, the city, the police force, the grand jury and next ...? The prosecutor, I'm guessing...

Well if there is a juror who won’t vote for conviction, then I’m sure they’ll go to any length to eject them from the jury.

Meanwhile, the members of the grand jury facebooking and tweeting to hang Wilson will get a pass.

This whole thing will prevent any white cop from shooting any black person anywhere in the US for any reason.

I am sure this is just back door jury tampering on the part of the PROSECUTION....you know, hint hint...get the darker members on the grand jury to make up or embellish something on the not dark juror..

A third party CLAIMS that a juror discussed the case with them. The third party made the claims on twitter, the juror did not.

Sabotage? A false claim? I wouldn't be surprised.

Yeah. The prosecutor was sending messages or hints as to what he expects to happen.

When jurors are visited at home by men in a dark SUV with tinted windows and they plainly advise, "You will vote 'guilty' in the court case." you can be sure most would comply.

Not that that unthinkable scenario would ever happen with this cast of upstanding government characters.
Nah, never.

“several users” claim one juror may have discussed the case with a friend.

So that one friend then told several others who all posted to twitter?

Smells a little fishy.

So the purge and probable indictment of Grand Jurors who won’t rubber-stamp charges against Wilson begins...

The same thing happened with the OJ jury and the ‘activists’ got away with it.

I would be it was done on purpose to scuttle this GJ. that way it gets pushed out, to possibly after the Holidays, so that cooler heads prevail, and/or that it can be announced when the weather is not as favorable for Fergusonistan to riot itself into oblivion?

I hope that was not the purpose but would not be opposed to it be the result.

Of course, Ferguson has a robust public works division so they will make the streets nice and plowed for the few who will go outside to throw snowballs at the police.

They are unhappy that this Grand Jury was picked prior to the shooting? This is my theory

As someone that feels that officer Darren is being railroaded, I counted this as the one good thing he had going for him, the fact that the Grand Jury was selected prior to the shooting.

It's a sure bet that had the tweet been, "The cops are screwed and indictment is imenent." there would be no mention of knowledge of it. It certainly would not have been reported in the media as it promotes the agenda.
