It's NOT ok for women to hit men. I hate seeing women slap me on TV and in movies. But women who slap men demean themselves by so doing, while men can get into a great deal of trouble for slapping men.
“Never slap a girl” is good advice for boys and men. “Why would you ever hit anyone?” is a good wuesiton for girls and women.
