Funny enough, back in the 70s Jimmy Carter got dissed by Breznev (sp) and it was apparant that official communiques were being responded to by a 4th rate Kremlin apparatchik.

So ol’ Jimmy decided to fire up the hotline. Which got the Sov’s attention. Basically they came back with: ok, we’ll stop playing around with you, please don’t ever do that again.

I think it should have a message along the line of

We are no longer interested in taking your calls. Per FCC regulations, we are requesting that you remove both our name and number from your call list.
