Is the court approving these transfers?
Agreed. I don’t think the DOJ can allocate settlement funds unilaterally, to whomever they pick and choose. I suppose Judicial Watch (JW) could take action here and sue Holder for ABUSE OF POWER. Unfortunately, JW is the ONLY entity fighting for what’s left of America.
Not sure if the court is approving the transfers.
