While the public hearing regarding the expanded introduction of the Mexican Grey Wolf is over, the U.S. FWS is accepting written comments on the proposed revision to the Nonessential Experimental Population of the Mexican Wolf through September 23. Please add to the discussion—though they don’t make it easy as to be accepted, comments must be substantive, related to the proposed alternatives, or scientifically valid, and something not yet considered.

People shouldn’t lie awake in fear for their families and property because our own government introduces a predator amongst us.

What could possibly go wrong. Heck they're just like big old cuddly lap dogs. Kinda like those big old cuddly bears that people feed here in the Sierras. Turtle Island, Earth Islands, Wildlife corridors. Yup sounds like a fine plan don't it?

I live in a pretty urban area, Anaheim,Ca. and the wild animals are returning in greater numbers each year. We have had the typical opossums, but over the last few years Raccoons ,Skunk, rabbits, Redtail Hawks and Coyotes have been showing up in greater numbers.

The Coyotes are losing their fear of man and becoming increasing aggressive. Not to long ago one grabbed a small child at a local cemetery and tried to drag it off........ in broad daylight. Wildlife has been pushed out by man and is now pushing back. Whether man reintroduces it to areas or not I think nature will.

Figure if this is such a good idea, it should be implemented in D.C. first.
