Yes, Christ is the fulfillment of Judaic prophesy. His rejection by Jews does not, however, break G-d's promise to the Jews that they are His chosen people. G-d does not change His mind. We must look for a deeper truth.
I am one with the Chosen People because Christ, a Jew, allows me to hide in Him (the cleft in the Rock). Jesus practiced Mosaic Law. Many Messianic Jews are followers of Christ.
ALL Messianic Jews are followers of Christ by definition, right? That was my quandary when I converted from a non-practicing Episcopalian to a Jew to born-again Christian - am I now a Messianic Jew or what? Labels don’t really matter to me. I only need one “group identity” in this life and welcome any and all to that group. At any rate, I respect what you are saying and the different directions from which we are coming still leads us right to Jesus... and that is GOOD ! ;)
