The eye witness talking on this video describes the exact same scenario [as Officer Darren Wilson did].
The value in this is specifically because it is unguarded, and unprompted, testimony from an eyewitness that contradicts several others who spoke later but may have an agenda or pressure from the community.

This adds more clarification to the story and it all seems very plausable to me. The autopsy report will come out along with other evidence but it appears we now have a large part of the story.
He had just beaten on the cop and was walking away when the officer told him to freeze and he turned hesitated for a moment and then started to rush the officer. I hope I have that right.

Yes, they do. My only concern is that the video was uploaded yesterday... audio could have been manipulated. PD can locate the uploader and the phone/camera and analyze the file for any manipulation.
I doubt there was any manipulation as the conversation is background and hard to follow.

Maybe. Maybe not. The uploader is “BlackCanseco”. Who knows who this is and what motivations they may have? I don’t. It’s possible a fake conversation was mixed in prior to upload. We don’t know. Learn from the past week and avoid jumping to conclusions.
It may well be legit, which is why I posted it. It’s definitely worth discussion. I think police should be made aware of it.
I watched the video and Brown’s head is facing the cop SUV. He was facing the cop, he wasn’t shot in the back.
The videographer’s opinion is very clear in the video, the cops murdered that boy for no reason. He said it over and over. I watched all 10 minutes.
