Regardless of whether the cop stopped Brown for walking in the street or as a suspect of a minutes-old strong arm robbery (from which Brown was still carrying the criminal evidence) IN BROWN’S MIND he was almost certainly thinking he was being stopped for that crime. And this mindless thug didn’t want to be caught for this crime so he reacted accordingly.
