There were at least two other witnesses, besides Mini-Me, who have stated that his hands were in the air. But you're right - I don't know that he had his hands in the air. I'm simply saying that, if he did (as the eyewitnesses report), then it was a bad shoot, regardless of all of Brown's previous thuggish behavior is irrelevant.
