One of the dividing lines between liberals and conservatives has always been the understanding of how economics works. Conservatives know how economics works; the force of supply and demand as well the true value of work. Liberals are like children who see the last twenty dollar bill in their mom’s wallet and say “Yippee, we’re rich! Let’s go to McDonald’s.”
Last week the child-like liberals dropped their “I’m-so-intelligent-because-I’m-on-television” masks and let us see how dumb they really are. Led down the path of stupid is as stupid says, Savannah Guthrie reported that a Minnesota restaurant has added a new line to its receipts which shows how much the customer is paying for the server’s new higher minimum wage. Guthrie explained that to off-set his anticipated $10,000 in new labor costs he had to add the new fee.
She quoted a Facebook commenter with whom she probably agrees, writing, “Look, if you can’t afford to pay your employees, then you shouldn’t be in business.” Does anyone doubt the commenter fully supports an unworkable...

I’ve said for years that libs minds stop developing at a pre-teen to teen years. They just cannot process reality and stop their fee and get mad at the adults when they don’t get their way.
So when business after business in your community fails when everyone is in the unemployment line, when our economy is paralyzed... THAT is voodoo?? smoke and mirrors???, sun spots??????-Magic?? What do they THINK is causing this?
This is not a surprise. A liberal’s voting behavior indicates they think of themselves as children. How else can you describe somebody who supports only those who promise to deliver more gifts and freebies? Clearly, the candidate who acts most like Santa is preferable to one who makes you eat your spinach. They prefer candidates who promise to limit the ability to make errors or to do wrong. It’s as if a liberal recognizes in themselves, an inability to function without supervision and without a caregiver. They are voting for nicer parents.

True dat. But unlike the children they resemble, they have the ability to shop for an activist judge when they lose at the ballot box, and nullify the will of the people.
They’re more like Chucky. Cute on the outside, the devil’s spawn on the inside.
What’s that old quote? Liberals have read Marx. Conservatives understand him.

This should be shouted from the rooftops whenever liberals wonder why there is high unemployment.
Businesses can’t afford to pay their employees!
That's unfair to children who often times have a simplistic but very correct view on how things work.
The Today Show hosts have view of how things work that is simply wrong on many levels
liberals are people who prematurely stopped growing as a person and have failed to bexome fully functioning independent adults. they are stuck as perpetual teenagers. they want a life without consequences no matter what the cost to themselves or anyone else. they are never wrong, and cannot tolerate being denied anything. at the same time they will not allow you to live the way you want to live if they don’t think it’s right, because - see above - they are never wrong, so you and/or everyone else must be.
The Toady show is one of the most boring on television.
I always thought that many of them are smart people in their field, but somehow are really bad at math. Ever growing demand on social security, and a shrinking tax base. How do think they can square that?
The real question is whether your customers can afford your employees.
