So, if you're afraid of being caught for already having committed a crime, the crime you commit while evading arrest for the first crime should be excused, because it was someone else's fault?

Or does this only apply to the crime(s) of illegal immigrants?

no he would been legally arrested and treated like any other citizen in Houston. I do not see why he would think he will be deported ,when it’s well known fact drunken driving charges alone would not of resulted in him being deported.He escalated his legal problems by running from the police.How can it be someone else’s fault ? He is the driver.He bares full responsibly.Being in the country illegally, no drivers licenses/ no insurance/driving drunk.I seen enough cases in Houston from above charges without running from police result in fewdays in jail,community service,pay fines.. I do not see where you felt it was implied- he should be excused, because it was someone else’s fault?.

There are no crimes if you're an illegal immigrant. Everything they do is an act of love.
