Let’s put that in slow motion
>> the cop is getting out of the vehicle
>>
>> reaching through the window
>>
>> and grabbing him by the neck
>>
>> and then pulling his head toward him as he wrapped it in a headlock
Really? What about the gunshot inside the car? Did the cop pull Brown through the window and into the car?
There apparently was none inside the vehicle but more than likely at the driver's seat with the front door open.
Think about it -- How is it possible to have two people wrestling around in the driver's seat with one of them weighing about 300 pounds -- simply not credible.
Did the cop pull Brown through the window and into the car?
It would have been just his head -- but you knew that right???
Is it possible the cop shot Brown without provocation? Yes. Is there any reason to think so? No.
Unlike Albuquerque where police murdered a homeless man camping on a hillside, I don’t think the St. Louis police acted without provocation. I base this opinion on news reports all of which allege a physical confrontation before the shooting.
We need to wait for the investigation to have the details of that confrontation.
The cop may have acted improperly by shooting a fleeing person. If s/he did it was not race-driven but adrenalin-driven.
Nothing excuses looting.
