How great is our God! Wow.

In what regard? Are you crediting Him with the development of satellites, digital photography, the internet, or erosion over millennia?
My guess is that you are just a bit twitchy, and cry God at the slightest provocation.

It like you are “twitchy” as well and ready to pounce upon someone who believes in the God of creation; a “provocation” to you, apparently. Perhaps you might becoming a little more charitable.

I credit God with the creation of adult diapers and the ability for others to change yours when you get all pissy.

You know that this is a conservative forum, right?
Anyway, there is a real difference between a painting by monkey and Bougeureau.
The difference is intelligent agency.
