I don’t think any of them should be fired. Instead, package the data surrounding each death and hand it to the state prosecutor of the state, and let them charge the head of the VA hospital responsible for the untimely death. Maybe it’s just five years possible on the sentence....but it’ll scare the crap out of most VA hospital chiefs and start getting them worried...more about jail time....than firing.
