Unusual story. Criminal associates?

My guess is the camaro driver was a friend of the drunk. Not a great part of town to be in at 3:30am.

The camaro driver may have been a friend of the challenger driver and the camaro driver left the club after the challenger driver to make sure he got home ok. By the time he caught up the accident had happened.
