A friend of mine is having to deal with this at her job. A recent hire is a pre-op “woman” who insists on using the ladies room. Being pre-op, he uses the facilities like a man. My friend is creeped out by it (as are several other actual women who work there), but the bosses don’t seem to intend to even bring it up, much less do anything about it.

There was a place I worked several decades ago that had a guy who’d had a lopadickoffomy; one of the natural-born women with a good view of the hallway to the restroom was delegated the responsibility of observing when “Carolyn” wasn’t there so the other XX women could use it.
