My copy of the Constitution says:

“Section 4

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Once again, and as usual, 2ndDivisionVet is spot on.

That is just repeating Section 4. What misdemeanors has he done? Misdemeanor comes from the word “minor”. There is nothing minor this guy has done, he is ALL high crimes AND treason! I just mention all this because you have to watch what they say because the RINOs will soft soap this guys arse, they will charge him with minor violations and he will walk and the Republicans will look like fools.

No, you have to go hard ass on this guy, there is not a President in history who has committed more blatant acts of treason than this Kenyan D-bag. Treason IS “High crimes” you cannot get any higher than that. He should be impeached, tried for treason and if convicted, executed. Taking that “oath of office” is not a joke. There are many people who died for that constitution and violating it should be punished to the extreme. Matter of fact , if we had a government based on logic, ANY politician who violates that oath of office should be tried for treason.

What is so hard to understand here?

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

“Preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States”

THAT is the purpose the President of the United states! That is his ONLY purpose!

This is the US definition of Treason:

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

“Adheres to their enemies giving them aid and comfort... shall suffer DEATH”

Um, who did he just release from Gitmo in exchange for a traitor who incredibly he put back into action amongst 9000 other examples?
