True The Vote (TTV) a front line fighter for Americans voting rights has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court aimed at protecting the rights of American voters in Mississippi.
The suit demands the Republican wing of Uniparty in Mississippi be immediately restrained from any further tampering, redaction, or destruction of voter records by Defendants or their agents.
The filing continues with, Defendant county commissioners have continued to violate federal law by preventing access to election records. Now, we think we know why. If the affidavits we now have regarding the destruction of election documents and other similarly stunning affidavits findings are true, then no Mississippian, no American, can trust the results of this election.
According to its press release, TTV will turn over dozens of carefully detailed affidavits describing the following violations of Mississippi election law: Destruction of voters absentee ballot applications and mandatory envelopes; illegal alteration of poll books; cross-over and double voting...

God bless True the Vote, doing the job the GOP-e won’t do. Matter of fact seems the left wing Repubs are the cause of it. Who would have thunk it? I am no longer a 3rd generation Repub by the way but still give a few bucks to 6 actual conservatives in the Congress. Am looking for more.
There is a good chance (though not a slam dunk) that whichever judge gets the case will dismiss it on the grounds that it raises only questions of state law, not federal law, and it therefore belongs in state court. (The case involves an election to a federal office, but the particular issues True the Vote is complaining about are state-law issues.)
