No idea what "Osceopeology" is.... but, as my mother taught me, break the word into parts and figure it out..

"os" is the latin root for bone

"sceope" might be "scope" which refers to seeing

"ology" is science of

Best guess is "science of telling the future through reading bones". Would be a pejorative reference to a ruling class which believes itself to be so enlightened that it can read the future and dictate to all of the rest.

But what do I know?.. I acknowledge that I am just a citizen and not one of the enlightened.
