That should be interesting being that rents have shot up 2000% in the past 10 years thanks to the city taxing the living efffin' crap out of building owners. I think the minimum rent in Manhattan now is $3500 for a one bedroom and in the outer boroughs it's around $2500, and that was last year when I looked out of curiosity. It's probably $4000 and $3000 now. So I guess basically what's going to happen is you'll have 30 illegals all staying in a one bedroom.
I don't think so. With their freshly printed ID's, our socialist leaders will make sure they qualify for Section 8, "affordable" (meaning taxpayer-subsidized) housing, EBT, obamacare, etc, etc, ad infinitum, ad nauseum. Those high-rent, so-called "market rate" apartments are for the suckers...I mean, taxpayers.
