The Crisis of ISIS in Iraq - Was America the Midwife?

The U.S. Government spawned ISIS.

I can't put it much plainer than that. Our government in partnership with Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Britain and France, created the beast, ISIS, that we now must attempt to neutralize - at the expense of placing Americans once again in harm's way.

I realize this is going to cause some cognitive dissonance with some conservatives, but the trail of facts leads where it leads and this is a very inconvenient and disturbing truth that needs to be digested if we are to learn what really lies behind the tactics that are bringing America to ruin.

Let me relate a little incident from yesterday. Someone posted a photo of George Bush with a giddy, imbecilic smile waving a flag at some sporting event and the caption in the photo was, "Ever seen a picture of Barack like this?". I replied:

"That all conservatives (myself at the head of the line) despise Obama, doesn't mean that a 'Bush Nostalgia' movement is in order.

Bush was a master at employing certain totems that resonated with patriotic Americans - while faithfully serving the interests of and taking orders from the globalist shadow government.

Obama, the traitor and counterfeit that he is, simply is not gifted with the native ability to dog whistle to Americans that Bush is. Other than that, don't be fooled that there is much of a difference between the two."

I should have expected a BushBot eruption, because that's exactly what happened. I was accused of being a "troll" and one individual responded, "There is a huge difference between the two, and if you can't see that, I see little point in arguing." In other words, my mind is made up and don't confuse me with the facts or cause me an uncomfortable moment by challenging me to even engage a thought process.

We talked about this over lunch. My son made a sage observation that when Bush made that speech at Ground Zero "I can hear you! I can hear you! The rest of the world hears you! And the people -- and the people who knocked these buildings down will hear all of us soon!" - that was an impression that seared into the average American's brain and nothing we've discovered since then will dislodge Bush from the image of being a bold terror warrior. Hey, I ate that speech up! I was as gung ho and naive as anyone at the time. It's taken years to understand how deceived and misled I was.

Not the truth about WMD's, not the truth about the 9/11 terrorists having virtually no connections with Iraq or Saddam Hussein, not $2 Trillion worth of crushing debt, not 5,000 wasted lives, not Cheney and the Carlyle Group and KBR / Halliburton and every other major DefCon profiting enormously from the extended conflict, not the incredible growth in the size, power and tyranny of our government, not the inception of a nascent Police State, not the opportunistic implementation of a regime of domestic surveillance, not the emergence of extra-judicial drone assassinations and certainly not a metastasized terror threat while our borders remain unprotected - can knock the silliness out of some people who still entertain the notion of George Bush as Patriot as opposed to globalist errand boy.

To be fair, Bush cannot be singularly responsible for all of the above. Maybe he believes in all of it himself. He was taking orders.

Obama has taken the Imperial Presidency and put it on steroids, not to mention adding to the debt in such a shocking degree that makes Bush look like a skinflint in comparison. However, once you caution people about getting too nostalgic about Bush, you immediately are categorized as an Obama supporter. Not so in my case. I think they both have done enormous damage and the roots of the 2008 financial meltdown can be documented to have been seeded during Clinton's presidency.

So this is just a context to what you are going to read in this article. I don't intend to compel you to agree with my assessment, but I do hope to make you think about the possible implications and the warning signs of where we've already been.

I don’t know who the “midwife” was but Barry Soetoro was the sperm donor.

BTW, of you want to post something worthwhile, find out who McCain met with in Syria a few years ago. Obama likely gave ISIS arms.

I was accused of being a "troll"

Maybe that's because you just post your own material as part of your self-promotion effort.

The truth about the WMDs is that the ISIS now has them for their own use. I’d take Bush, warts and all for the anti American administration we now have. Do the people who write these screeds realize just how dependent we are on countries around the world for our raw materials, not to mention that we have, unwisely, off shored our manufacturing.

Blame America first.

Then blame Bush.

Ignore the obvious.
