I’m not sure what this case is about. I do know that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect unions.

I just hope the Supreme Court as presently constituted has the smarts or wisdom to "do the right thing."
Or they could just add fuel to the total societal conflagration that Hussein and his Flying Monkeys have created.

Rep. Kevin Cotter, R-Mt. Pleasant, chair of the House Judiciary Committee had no idea that this case was moving forward?
How are the facts of the case? Is this a good case that the Justices can hang their hats on? I followed it in Illinois and it seemed supremely unjust to the families. Any insights?
I presume that Kennedy, once again, is the kingpin here?
