I can’t find coupons for the things I buy: fruits and veggies I don’t grow, whole wheat flour, nuts, seeds, whole oats, whole milk products, etc. Coupons are for Doritos, Pepsi, Powerade and Lucky Charms. We don’t buy these items.

Hate to say it, but those items make up a large portion of SNAP spending.

Coupons are never for wholesome foods, just over-refined, sugary junk.

Maybe once a year there’s a coupon for free milk if you buy cold cereal, which doesn’t have to be full of sugar.

But meat, eggs, produce, unprocessed foods? No coupons, but they’re on sale sometimes, so you can get what’s least expensive.

It really isn’t worth my while to cut coupons, and the same probably holds for EBT card holders who try to shop wisely and eat healthily.

Some cleaning products and toiletries are about all it’s worth clipping coupons for. You sure don’t need a garage full, because then you have spent more than you needed.
