Sounds like the only white people they know are liberals. I must admit, I find those things annoying too. So, I stay away from them and only associate with conservatives.
Saying white people are privileged is a self-effacing complement.
“I’m inferior to you and you are better than me.”
Not bad, on the surface. But you can take it further for them.
“I’m superior to you, because my parents were married when they had me, they didn’t abort me, and I was raised by both of them.”
“I’m superior to you, because my parents taught me the work ethic, and that better jobs come from studying hard in school so I get a better education.”
“I’m superior to you, because I did not do drugs or drink a lot of alcohol, nor belong to a gang. I did not steal or vandalize, or commit other petty or serious crimes.”
“I’m superior to you, because I found and kept religious faith, which taught me morality and ethics. I do not revel in hate, spite, gluttony, anger, lust, greed, jealousy, envy, sloth, or other such personal vices, so I am not a mean person.”
“In these and many other ways I am superior to you, and none of them have anything to do with my or your race, but with the content of my character. If you feel inferior to me because I have these things and you do not, nothing I do will improve you or your life one bit.
“You must improve your own character to be my peer, to be equal to me. You must make yourself a better person, not try to tear me down. Because that, too, just makes you even more inferior. Only you can make you privileged.”
