Thank the democrat politicians in Sacramento for running the state into the ground by their taking from the pockets of the working American citizens and running successful business out of the state by over regulations and taxes. They then give it to the illegals both in and out of prison as well as funnel millions to the unions, all so they can get reelected to stay in power as to perpetuate their scam. Anchor babies away!!!
