The Shinseki who ordered black berets (made in China,no less) for ALL of the U.S. Army. A black beret prior being reserved for the US. Special Forces only. A real technocrat and perfumed prince of West Point. Somebody’s “boy”.
This is satire or a really sick joke..... Right?

Correction, the black beret was reserved of the Rangers only.
They, since the black berets for all gambit, have moved to a tan beret. But it was Shinseki’s idea for Army wide esprit that was senseless in that it was an honor of the “point of the spear” and not regular Army. Why we had to look at photos of the Bradley nee “Chelsea” Manning in a black beret.
I can’t tell if this is satire or not.

Black Berets for everyone was the Army’s equivalent to the Little League “participation trophy.” Everybody gets one...

This makes great sense. After all, she did such a bang-up job with the Obamacare roll out.
Sebelius will “improve the efficiency” of the VA, with things like installing corridors with swinging, spinning saw blades and crocodile pits, that patients will have to cross to get an appointment with a doctor.
