Will the English dubbing include the slight offset in lip-synching, or is that only on Chinese kung fu movies?

Don’t mistake technical and budget limitations with camp. The original is a very serious movie, got nominated for best picture by the JMA and won best FX. Overdubs add a lot of camp, not to mention the version usually shown in America was edited to add more camp. Try out the real original (NOT King of Monsters) with titles instead of dub, what you see is actually a pretty scary movie expressing a lot of the fears of a country that had recently lost a war and been nuked in the process, not camp.
