Conservatives have known from the start that the true purposes of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) are: 1.) the eventual implementation of single payer; and 2.) extortion of acceptable behavior on the part of the American people in return for life giving, medical care. And the deliberately catastrophic shortcomings created by the authors of ObamaCare have put this fraudulent healthcare scheme right on track to accomplish both.
That the Affordable Care Act has little to do with providing healthcareaffordable or otherwisecould not be more obvious. If the intent of politicians was to provide access to medical care for Americas 30 million uninsured, why not do so in the...

Hey, thats exactly right. The people do not want Obamacare. The politicians of both the left and right do.
Subjugation of a free people... a horrible thing to have to watch.
Increasing costs while delivering less service.
It’s the government economic model.

Obamacare must be repealed and something simpler and less coercive put in its place.
Paging Capt. Obvious. Please pick up the white courtesy phone.
Of course this POS is but a stepping to stone to single payer and fedgov control of the American people to an even greater degree than we suffer today.
Just as sending your kids to private school may get them a better education but does nothing to relieve you of the costs of public school, medical tourism may get you better treatment but you will still be burdened with financially supporting the failed Obamacare disaster and suffering its wider economic consequences.
The problem for the creators of 0-care is that the care will be so bad, that the risks will outweigh the benefits. So, the denial of “care” will be not be a punishment.
nor do they want doctors under single payer, either.
They’d prefer this be as close as possible to a direct transfer of money
IMO, someone is going to make a boatload of cash (pun intended) by parking converted cruise or cargo ships just far enough off the coast to be outside US territory to treat patients like a hospital ship.
Universal catastrophic insurance. Everyone must have a plan with a $10,000 deductable.
It would be dirt cheap and when you went to the doc, you would pay but at the insurance negotiated prices, not the inflated price that nobody but those without insurance are expected to pay.
This would also reduce the price of employer supplied insurance plans which would cover the gap.
Everybody would end up paying less and use would be more rational.
And of course with a government run centralized single payer system, everyone in the health care industry will need to negotiate for higher wages and salaries and benefits. And who better to help this workers in those negotiations?
Why labor unions of course-especially the SEIU.
Democrats have been working to enslave Americans since the very beginning of the country.

No, NOTHING must be put in its place. If you think that any government involvement in the health care and health insurance industry makes sense, you are giving away your freedom. The government always seeks power and control, and nothing gives it more of both, than to insert itself into your personal life as it does through "health care".
Obamacare must be repealed, and replaced by NOTHING. Otherwise, you might as well buy yourself a Soviet flag, start speaking Russian, and burn the Constitution (what's left of it, that is).
No problem with that. However, Nature and Politics abhor a vacuum and, if nothing replaces it, Obamacare or Single-payer will be back....
except your plan is also unconstitutional...
