The flex is at the retail side and you are seeing it with currently high pricing.... that does not go to the OEM. They make their margin and carry on.
Most of the 22LR on market today is from purchase orders placed 18-20 months ago or longer.. fact

Yes, it does. Most businesses have learned to be more flexible and responsive. If they sell their product for less than market value...they are STUPID.
