I'm sure bonuses and promotions will be tossed out like confetti for a job well done. No, not in this case. Governor Kitzhaber is really pissed about the whole thing, although in no small part he is to blame along with state staff and Oracle Consulting. Kitz was much too detached and aloof from the process and it came back to bite him.

Its getting to be that not having insurance aka Obamacare is as big a deal as not registering previously legal assault rifles. In both cases I believe it is a form of civil disobedience against laws that are morally repugnant and/or unconstitutional at their core.
