That's a stupid list, here's a better one — agencies commissioned or otherwise authorized by the Constitution:

1. Post Office
2. Army
3. Navy (Marines are a part of the Navy)
4. IRS (unless you wish to argue the 16th was not legitimately passed)
5. Secret Service (though they need to stop all body-guard/security work and stick to their job: tracking/arresting counterfeiting)
6. DOT (though they need to be scaled back on their licensing)
7. Customs
8. INS

Axe everything not on that list.

That’s a good start. It would be great fun to watch the federal bureaucrats suddenly find themselves out of work and have to look for a job! Think of it...at least 2.5 million worthless federal employees out of work. Priceless.
