The untold story of the Obama amnesty program has been that in the past 5 years a large part of the drug trade in the US has been taken over by the Mexicans. The DEA just busted a bunch of heroin and meth dealers in the next county over. Those guys were mostly street level and one level up, but they are getting supplied by other Mexicans.
