Courts don’t determine what is constitutional. We the People decide that.

Not in a republic. Anarchy or a democracy is what you describe. If a popular vote was held today, we would probably loose the 2nd Amendment.

Do not forget that there are now more people on the dole than working for a living. They respond to new entitlements every time and have no respect or allegiance to the Constitution.

I agree. I think the people are going to have the last word.

The Constitution is a legal binding document-

The Constitution has nothing to do with “interpretation” because it contains legal terms which are defined by law hundreds of years ago, not “interpreted” unless it`s referring to the constitution of Mexico of 1917 which is in Spanish for which the supreme court would need an interpreter...

my GGGG Grandfather, and uncles, civilians in NH, knew what it meant in 1776:

“In Consequence of the resolution of the Hon Continental
Congress and to Shew our Determination in Joining with our
American Brethren in defending the Lives Liberties and properties of the Inhabitants of the United Colonies We the Subscribers do hereby solemnly engage and promise that we will to the utmost of our power at the risque of our Lives and Fortunes with Arms oppose the Hostile proceedings
of the Brittish Fleets and armies against the Unitcd American Colonies”
“signers in Salem”

“Israel Ober”...

“signers in Brentwood”
“Benjamin Pulsifer”

signers in Deerfield- Samuel Pulsifer

“WILLIAM HALL Amos Dow RICHARD Massna
Selectmen of Salem”
Dated Salem Aug 27 1776

No, that is why we have a Constitution, because the Founders did not trust the whim of the mob.

WE the People, have not decided anything in our favor in MANY years now. This is why “they” get away with what they do.
