60-40. Crushed is right.
I’m getting the feeling that 2014 could be bigger than 2010.

Regardless of who wins, special elections don’t mean much. Of course it means the Seat and this is great news ... but otherwise ... meh.

The reason I say this is I see this all the time touted as meaning something and then everyone is shocked when the main election turns out very differently.

Apparently people did not vote for Obama.

They voted against the dog-abusing polygamist who shipped jobs to India and went around giving people cancer.

Dastardly, but effective.

The Dems stole the special election in Virginia 6th Senate in a recount (which Republicans NEVER win) by 11 votes. Northam (now Lt. Gov) had won that district for the Dems by over 4000 votes in 2011. So there has been a significant shift demonstrated by both of these special elections. Unfortunately, the intentional and treasonous sabotage of the 2013 Virginia elections by many in the Virginia GOP-e, prevented a significant Republican breakthrough. Those candidates who went down in 2013 were found with bullets in their backs. This is the reality of politics in America today, where conservatives have more to fear from those in their own camp than in their official opponents or even the media.

Well, yes and no. It might be bigger in raw vote count, and it will be in the senate. In the House, a lot of the low hanging fruit was picked in 2010 already….so the House gains won't be as big.

But over all, it will be YEWGLY for the Demtards.

The MSM took our admittedly milquetoast candidate and turned him into a reincarnation of Satan himself.

THAT’S how they did it.

If I’m still stung by Cuccinelli’s narrow loss, I imagine Virginians are, too.

May the result be identical when Mark Warner is defeated in November.

“Apparently people did not vote for Obama...”

And apparently they really did not like Mitt.

I will continue to hold my breath. BUT I refuse to pray for a win while living in a GODLESS nation.

THIS Virginian is. The unfortunate storm of controversy surrounding Bob McDonnell's gift-taking (however groundless it was) handed the dems all the talking points they needed. Cuccinelli was exponentially more qualified for the Governor's seat than Fast Terry, but voters allowed themselves to be propagandized into believing Cuccinelli was the culprit himself.

That's a much tougher hill to climb. Even though he voted with Obama 97% of the time and parrotted his lies about Obamacare, Warner is regarded as on par with Jesus in Virginia. He's most definitely one of the Senatorial "Sainted Ones."

“The unfortunate storm of controversy surrounding Bob McDonnell’s gift-taking (however groundless it was)...”

That is classic Clinton MO.

First thing they did in the WH was to get the boss of the WH Travel office indicted on trumped up charges so they could put their cronies in the non-political office.

I think this and the recent San Diego mayoral election gives further evidence that there was fraud in the 2012 presidential election.

I and my OH are big Cuccinelli fans and yes .. the McDonnell’s fiasco hurt him but what really ended his chances was this:

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli II said he will give a Richmond-based charity more than $18,000 — the value of gifts he received from a Star Scientific executive whose much larger presents to Gov. Robert F. McDonnell and his family are the focus of two investigations.
(How do you quote on here?)
