The Left wants blacks ALL on the federal dole except the ones who are helping the Left rule as bureaucrats and enforcers. And it gets the added benefit that blacks in the cities increasingly keep the middle class off balance with their increasing criminal activity which will be enhanced by putting more of the young men out of work.

An EBT army. Just look what happens in certain neighborhoods when a few housing vouchers are handed out. Or when a Walmart’s EBT processing computer crashed in 17 states.

As we discuss the President's newest tool for dividing Americans--something he calls, "income inequality," perhaps Economics Professor Dr. Walter E. Williams's common-sense, and economically sound, advice might be helpful.

That advice may be found here. Essays on other subjects, such as government-controlled minimum wage levels, also are available at the site.

Williams introduces the "income inequality" matter in this paragraph:

"Democrats plan to demagogue income inequality and the wealth gap for political gain in this year's elections. Most of what’s said about income inequality is stupid or, at best, ill-informed. Much to their disgrace, economists focusing on measures of income inequality bring little light to the issue. Let’s look at it." - Walter E. Williams

The following magazine ad was published many years ago, and utilized Dr. Williams clear message on the consequences of government-forced minimum wage laws. Since his conclusions are based on sound principles, they are as valid today as they were then.
