I have often wondered why the State University systems have not gone online with a reduced cost. That would bring the educational experience to anyone with a smart phone and wifi.

Of course the drunken rap sessions and sex parties would suck, but hey, not everyone can afford private school.

Right now the state and private universities have taken on so much unneeded expenses that if it was not for the foreign students some of the would go broke.

The entire state system should be put online....from first grade through 12 th, including graduate school. Even many of the medical school, law school, and other professional level courses **should** be online.
