Obamacare's Next Brilliant Marketing Brand: Mom Jeans!
For years, conservatives, including myself, have made fun of the current administration by applying the pejorative of president mom jeans to the resident of the White House. Looks like hes approving the name!
In the newest re-branding of the Obamacare debacle, the infinite wisdom of the administration has chosen that moms will be their next target, and theyre going to bait their healthcare hook with some good old fashioned frumpy mompants!
Now the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) the lead agency tasked with implementing the ACA is looking for word-of-mouth publicity with a new digital campaign it hopes will get people buzzing. If the mom jeans photo doesnt do it, perhaps the MOM tattoo pic will.

So THAT’s what’s wrong with Obamacare! Not enough advertising
We learned in high school economics that “bait and switch” was illegal. The federal government is literally baiting us into a system that’s full of more holes than Swiss cheese and could literally mean our privacy, our livelihood, our life savings, is put at risk of theft.
The Federal government has become the mob. That’s all they are, plain and simple.
If the mac daddy administration want some useful advice they should hurry to the nearest 1st grade schoolroom and listen to the advice of the 6/7 year olds.
Just when you think this administration can not embrass themselves more they prove you wrong yet again.

New CBO Report says Obamacare may end Opportunity for Jobs
Obamacare will push the equivalent of about 2 million workers out of the labor market by 2017 as employees decide either to work fewer hours or drop out of the job market altogether, according to estimates released Tuesday by the Congressional Budget Office.

So remove the ability for consumers to CHOOSE if they want/need health care and instead make it compulsory for the entire country regardless of need. Meanwhile, the registration system is so FUBAR that you have a better than average chance of having your identity stolen just signing into the website.
Our world is a seriously screwed up place right now.
Nancy Pelosi said two years ago that Obamacare would end the slavery of work and free people to pursue their dreams.
Yep, she sure is right, but I think the dreams are nightmares for the millions out of work due to O-care.

(CNSNews.com) House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Thursday that Obamacare facilitates the type of liberation that the Founders had in mind because it allows you to quit your job and become a photographer, a writer, a musician—or whatever.
As you hear from these stories, this is a liberation, Pelosi said at a Capitol Hill news conference Thursday.
This is what our founders had in mind—ever expanding opportunity for people.
You want to be a photographer or a writer or a musician, whatever — an artist, you want to be self-employed, if you want to start a business, you want to change jobs, you no longer are prohibited from doing that because you cant have access to health care, especially because you do not want to put your family at risk, she said.

Yes, free yourself of food, clothing and shelter! They're overrated anyway.
“That picture makes me cringe as an American first of all and then as a Sox fan. “
Yes, we baseball fans all enjoyed how Obama related his love for the American sport of baseball...sarc. Especially in his youth at ‘Kaminsky Field’ (barf..)

Kaminsky Field?
But, but, the Obama Media Group says that ‘Happy Days are Here Again!’
Will 2014 Be the Year the Economy (Finally) Works for Workers?
You know all the economic news will be fantastic leading up to the mid-term elections? In the mean time, they’ll do their best keeping immigration and the minimum wage on the front pages, keeping 0bamacare off them. The national propaganda machine will do its best to convince the public things are truly, really, finally going as advertised, only to revise all those sunny forecasts after November. But their hope is we’ll have Speaker Pelosi back by then, so their treason will be rewarded by the public more vested in the antics by Miley Cyrus then the reality of the destruction of America by the left.

Bleeding Jobs - Illinois
Feb 5, 2014
This is NOT the sign of a healthy economy - not here in Illinois and certainly not the country:
President Barack Obama’s home state, which has been governed by Democrats throughout his national political career, has slipped in the rankings and now has the third-worst unemployment rate in the nation. Though the jobless rate was the same in December 2013 (8.6%) as in December 2012, the state’s labor force declined by a staggering 80,000 workers, according to Michael Lucci of the Illinois Policy Institute.
Across the same period, the national unemployment rate fell by 1.3%—though that, too, was partly driven by an exodus of workers from the labor force, albeit less dramatic than in Illinois. Lucci observes: ‘The state now suffers from its worst labor force participation rate since June 1978. It has been nearly 36 years since such a small percent of the working-age population in Illinois found it worthwhile to search for work.”
In terms of policy, Illinois represents utopia, at least in Obama’s imagination: high taxes, high regulation, high levels of (mandatory) union membership, and one-party rule. Yet the state is a financial failure and remains in economic free-fall, as hundreds of thousands of residents leave the state (often for more conservative, growth-friendly states). A recent pension reform bill will have only modest effects on the state’s unfunded liabilities.
