Oklahoma is at the center of one of the major lawsuits being brought against the Affordable Care Act, other wise known as the ACA or better still, ObamaCare. Attorney General Scott Pruitt is waging a war against the law, with good reason and cause. It is based on four words that were carefully considered and included in the language of the bill. George Will has a good description of what is going on.

Obama will just strike the four words from the law like he has done to any other impediment. George has this tendency to over-think things.

The IRS funds HAMAS and other organizations of terror,
making the IRS a terror-organization.

No wonder they want the weapons to murder American families.

Have you considered this? In communistic terms isn’t the “state” a reference to the sovereign government or “party”? Any wonder how a communist (particularly a communist judge) might interpret this?

Will’s completely incorrect assumption is that the law has any effect on the President’s actions. When you start with a false premise, all conclusions drawn thereon are false, or at best, accidentally true.
