I don’t know if she is guilty either, but here in the US, we don’t have double jeopardy. Our courts can’k keep prosecuting best two out of three.

Dershowitz (yah,I know) was just on the BBC News and said that what he knows of the case suggests that she's guilty “by the preponderance of the evidence” but not “beyond a reasonable doubt”.

I think she was guilt. Typical leftist college girl from pacific northwest whoring her way across Italy. Sex and dope fun went bad, and she started right from the beginning acting weird. A couple of cover stories fell apart.
