It's no hoax. Secular humanists believe in permissive morality, experimental lifestyles, and the psychology of self actualization. They don't want strict absolute moral codes cramping their style and restricting their freedom.
Humanism is:
1. No God
2. Therefore no absolute morality (all relative, all okay)
3. Therefore sex with animals okay (or anything else)
4. No God means man is god, no limits on man. good and evil ultimately reduce to being the same and become non-sensical terms.
Necrophilia is next. People who have sex with dead bodies are going to want special rights.
