Then there is no contract, and thus no insurance. Simple contract law.

Hell, my dog can sign up for anything. He has to pay for described services in order to have two parties to a contract. The last I checked, half a box of dog treats and a dead squirrel hidden under the deck doesn't count?

Life is good, you get up each morning and your boss tells which lies to tell today. And if you are a really good at your craft they let you make up some lies on your own. I’ll bet [The] Carney won’t give out any numbers.

Moran told WAMU that millennials "are less likely to sign up" for health insurance on the federal exchanges...well, duh - stupid, even for a Democrat - a big percentage of those uninsured who were the excuse for this scam takeover of the medical industry to begin with were young people who could have afforded insurance but didn't want it because they didn't think they needed it and would pay as they went. Of course they're not going to sign up now when insurance costs much more under threat of some puny fine - excuse me, tax which can only be collected anyway if they have a refund coming from the IRS.....
