Louisiana is a wildlife wonder, but it is hot and muggy and raises mosquitos big enough to rape a turkey.
Go to Dallas, Sean. Plenty of culture, good fishing in the area. If you want to fish the gulf it is a 2 hour flight. Give it a look.
